Rowland Wedding | Athens, GA | April 1, 2023

The Rowland Wedding - This wedding was for my brother and his wife and we went ALL out. I started with the crest using their color palette, vision and flowers, and then established branding for the Event and created everything else from there: Koozies, napkins, signage, table numbers, parent gifts.

We started with the Crest. Lauren sent me photos of her flower bouquet, and color palette, and some inspirational photos she had for her big day and we went from there. I drew up a few different banner and crest color options, but she ultimately chose to go with the navy on navy. We went light on the flowers, incorporating blue and white hydrangeas, and sage, generic greenery with touches of eucalyptus. The banner has their wedding date, and they chose to not have their pets (2 cats) in the crest, but to incorporate them on the Signature Drink Menu instead. My style has changed a lot since making this crest almost 2 years ago, and I tend to go a little heavier on the flowers, so looking at this now, it seems so bare! But,at the time we all loved it and that's all that matters. They ended up using the crest on their koozies, napkins and church ceremony program (they had 2 ceremonies-one in a church, one outdoor).

The Signage -

For the signs, we made the following:

-Rehearsal Dinner Sign

-Welcome Sign for Wedding

-Guest Book sign

-"Until we meet again" sign

These designs are minimal and elegant, all keeping within the branding elements that I established in the beginning, to make a cohesive look throughout the weekend. The big signs were printed on foamboard, and are 18" x 24" on stands, and the "Until we meet again" sign is an 8" x 10" print in a gold frame.

Everything turned out AMAZING! I loved getting to create something so special for my own family and seeing everything on the big day made it that much more special. Thank you to Chase and Lauren for thinking of me for these ideas and always supporting me <3
