Hi there! This is Ashley, the wedding vendor assistant behind the scenes at The Painted Party, and while you’ll usually find the spotlight on Raegan’s beautiful work—like her live wedding paintings or watercolor guest portraits—I thought it might be time to share a peek at what’s happening just outside the frame.
Raegan is the heart and talent behind every piece of art, but what sets The Painted Party apart is the little extra magic happening behind the scenes—and sometimes, right beside her at your event.
One of my favorite parts of this role is being present at live events. While Raegan paints, I get to greet guests, answer questions, and bring a warm, welcoming energy that helps everything feel easy and fun. This small detail actually makes a big difference—it means Raegan can stay focused on creating more artwork for your guests without interruption, which leads to even more beautiful, finished portraits by the end of the night.
Behind the scenes, I keep things running smoothly too. I help track and update our event calendar, organize details as they change, and manage post-event follow-ups. From sharing galleries to confirming next steps, I help ensure nothing gets missed—even after the last portrait is painted.
It’s that extra layer of care and attention that helps everything feel polished from start to finish. When you book The Painted Party, you're not just booking an event artist—you’re choosing a team that’s committed to creating something seamless, memorable, and joyful from first conversation to final keepsake.
So if you're considering adding live watercolor guest portraits or a custom wedding keepsake to your celebration, just know: you’ll be getting the most out of your experience with Raegan’s beautiful work and myself, making sure every piece of the puzzle comes together beautifully.
Thanks so much for following along with us. We can’t wait to help you celebrate. Click the link here for all inquiries or to learn more!
